About me
I’m a business systems and automation professional with an MS in Information Systems and Salesforce certifications. In my current role, I work across cross-system workflows, requirements, process improvement, testing, data quality, reporting logic, systems implementation, and technical coordination.
My background spans information systems, psychology, healthcare and regulated operations, Salesforce, and AI-assisted tool building. That mix gives me a practical lens on how people actually work, where handoffs break down, how data moves through a process, and what changes can make systems and workflows clearer, more reliable, and easier to use.

A practical approach to analysis
Translate ambiguity into requirements
Unclear business needs, workflow issues, and stakeholder input become documented requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and shared understanding teams can build from.
Connect people, process, and systems
I look at how work moves across roles, handoffs, tools, and data so teams can see where confusion, friction, or system gaps are showing up.
Strengthen data and reporting logic
Useful reporting starts with the structure behind it: field usage, metric definitions, data quality, filters, ownership, and whether the output supports the decision the team needs to make.
Turn findings into practical next steps
Findings become clear recommendations, implementation considerations, working prototypes, and action items that help teams move from ‘what’s wrong?’ to ‘what should we do next?’
